There are several features of the Accounts Payable and Banking modules that can be used to streamline the Accounts Payable process of entering invoices and paying vendors. Many of these features can be especially helpful in making the process run smoother when Accounts Payable is processed from outside the office. This course will show several ways to streamline the process and to make it more friendly to a user who is performing this function from home or a remote location.

During this course the following topics will be covered:
• Attaching invoice documents to Accounts Payable invoice transactions
• Printing and storing reports and journals as PDF files
• Using the EFT functionalities to eliminate the need for check printing
